Shipping policy

Shipping is handled by third-party courier companies. our store is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, natural disasters, or service interruptions.

• Liability: Goods are shipped at the buyer's risk. We assist in tracking and filing claims for lost shipments, but our liability ends once the parcel is handed to the courier partner.

• RTO: Failed deliveries returning to us incur shipping charges for both forward and return transit.
